Rich has worked as a Paramedic within pre-hospital care for over 30 years and has been fortunate to have worked within multi-agency roles within this time.

 

He has worked mainly within Air Ambulance roles and qualified as a Critical Care Paramedic during 2015 as well as skills in operational and safety management.

He holds a post-graduate certificate in Professional Development and has also taught in a range of settings including university lecturing at both under-graduate and post-graduate level as well as within the aviation sector.

Rich is a founding Director of EMTS and feels strongly that all should be taught the fundamentals of emergency care.
