Andy Newman

Andy has been working in the pre-hospital care setting for some 36 years and has been qualified as a tutor for some 28 years with previous experience of working on a HEMS unit and teaching at a regional ambulance training college.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-hospital emergency care and a post-graduate certificate in education as well as having completed master modules in coaching and mentoring. Andy has taught a wide variety of clinical courses in a variety of settings to include newly qualified paramedic inductions and university student paramedic inductions.

Andy is a founding Director of EMTS and feels strongly that all should be taught the basics of emergency care to help save lives.
