Alex Wright
Alex has been a member of the emergency services for the last 22 years. His journey started with the Fire & Rescue Service (FRS) in 2002. During this time he realised that his interests were more focused towards casualty management and in 2008 joined the Ambulance Service, qualifying as a Paramedic a few years later.

Following this he joined the Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) in South Wales as a Specialist Paramedic. Here he was able to undertake a secondment to the National Ambulance Resilience Unit (NARU) as a UK national HART instructor. Alex also operates as a Flight Paramedic, undertaking global repatriations, returning people to the UK who have been injured or fallen unwell abroad.

Alex is a director and founder of EMTS and is passionate about delivering and teaching high quality educational content, ensuring students benefit from the expert teaching and experience EMTS is able to provide.
